I get the design, it's ...well slender, mostly human, but has some definetely unhuman aspects to it which makes it creepy.
I cannot really make out the head, it's too hard to read for me.
I dont get the message on the back either. It feels like the slenderman is saying it, but why would he want to be alone, when he's the one abducting children ?
Not to mention the strange effect this might have on people around you. ^^
